At the same exhibition “My Tree” was another crown, Medea’s Present for Creusa (also known as Glauce). In Euripides drama from 431 BC Medea gives two presents to Jason’s new wife Creusa. One is a dress, dipped in poison, the other a crown which spews fire, when placed on Creusa’s head.
